Your file is read once, scored, and deleted straight away. We keep only the report, so you can open it again later, and only you can see it.
A text-based PDF is best: it keeps your layout, so we can judge it the way an ATS would. DOCX works too, but its layout can’t be checked. For now, CVs must be in English.
80 or above is strong. 60–79 means some screens will pass you and others won’t. Below 60 is at risk of being filtered out. Most CVs land between 50 and 65 before any work is done on them.
