Technical Support Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Network Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience in enterprise network configuration, troubleshooting, firewalls, switches, SD-WAN, wireless networks, and VPN technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field

2-3 years of relevant experience

CCNA Certification - Mandatory

Strong knowledge of IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, VPN, and ZTNA

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills
